Massage during Covid-19

As we begin taking clients again we ask everyone to be aware of the following important operational changes. These changes are designed to allow us to safely and responsibly provide massage therapy and relaxation services within our community. They are designed with the health and wellness of our clients and therapists in mind.

Please note: This list is subject to change as required/necessary to ensure we can continue to safely and responsibly provide our services to our clients and community. 

   ✅   All sessions will be by appointment only.

   ✅.  All Clients will be pre-screened for COVID symptoms at time of booking and upon arrival for your appointment. Clients will be required to sign an affidavit confirming absence/lack of symptoms at each appointment.

   ✅   All sessions will be scheduled to ensure clients will not be meeting in the reception area. 

   ✅   All Clients (and therapists) will be required to wear a mask. 

   ✅   As always, treatment rooms will be cleaned thoroughly between each appointment, and all linens will be replaced after each session. 

   ✅   Cleaning protocols in all non-treatment spaces will be increased throughout the day. 

   ✅   Special Booking Accommodations will be made for Clients considered high/higher risk for infection and for Clients who work in high risk environments. 

   ❌   Any client experiencing COVID symptoms will be rescheduled to a later date.

     Symptoms Include:

     📍 Fever

     📍 Cough 

     📍 Shortness of Breath 

     📍 Runny Nose 

     📍 Sore Throat 

     📍 Some people may also experience: chills; painful swallowing; stuffy nose; headache; muscle or joint pain; feeling unwell, fatigue, or severe exhaustion; nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or unexplained lack of appetite; loss of sense of taste or smell; conjunctivitis (pink eye). 

   ❌.  Any clients who has been in contact with someone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19, will be rescheduled to a later date. 

   ❌.  Any clients who have travelled (especially outside Canada) within the 14 days prior to appointment bookings will be rescheduled to a later date. 

We reserve the right to refuse service (postpone, reschedule or cancel bookings) to any client if we believe our ability to continue to safely and responsibly serve our clients and community could be compromised.
